Working Student / HR Business Partner Management (MMS Technology) (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You will support the HR Business Partner team in the development and implementation of HR-related processes and tasks
• You will be involved in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of communication measures for works councils, employees, executives and management
• You will gain a comprehensive insight into the day-to-day business of an HR Business Partner as well as strategic topics
• Support in the development and detailing of role profiles, e.g:
  • Transferring roles into the existing career model
  • Deriving skills based on the job profile
  • Transferring roles to the existing internal grading structure (remuneration structure)
• Updating our skills library
  • Reviewing existing skills
  • Researching and adding new skills
• Administrative support with regard to ongoing projects such as
  • Preparation and editing of presentations
  • Translation of documents (German/English)

Your Profile

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, human resources management, (industrial/business) psychology, communication sciences, law, or similar.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in operational and/or strategic HR management
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Competencies in the areas of confidentiality, security, data protection, sensitivity and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and high communication skills
• Convincing and professional appearance and communication skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
