At the Mercedes-Benz Customer Center Sindelfingen - incidentally the first customer center in the automotive industry worldwide - up to 60,000 vehicles from all Mercedes-Benz AG passenger car series are delivered to national and international customers every year.

In the Customer and Vehicle Management team, employees ensure perfect vehicle preparation and vehicle handover, from the A-Class to the AMG GT and S-Class Maybach.
This is what you can expect from us:

• As a team member, you will get to know the customer handling and all vehicle specifics in detail during vehicle handover
• After your induction, you will explain vehicles and vehicle equipment to the customer - this also includes completeness checks, functional checks and ensuring that support packages are in place
• If required, you will also support vehicle preparation and participate in project topics in the team
• This job will give you the opportunity to gain deep insights into the brand and product world of Mercedes-Benz AG

• Degree course in psychology, communication science, business administration (BWL), engineering or teaching degree
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz and / or smart vehicles is an advantage
• Initial experience in customer contact (sales, advice, service, catering) is desirable
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Business fluent in German and English
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Sure-footed in dealing with customers
• Good communication skills
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
• Interest in vehicle technology
• Interest in and understanding of technical contexts
• Driving license class 3
