Our European Distribution Team located in Hamburg is looking for a*n working student logitics and demand coordination for a period of one year with up to 20 h per week to support daily logistics and export customer service activities.  

Your Role  

• Prepare and analyze logistics data (in Excel, SAP)  

• Follow-Up with European Third Party Logistics Provider (3PL) on operational open topics and performance (Good Issue und Goods Receipt Booking, inbound issues)  

• Support with IDOC management   

• Create open order reports for export countries and ensure best possible service product availability with internal stakeholder and 3PL  

• Act as an interface between warehouses and customers   

 You Identify Yourself With  

• Student in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration  or Engineering at a German University or University of Applied Sciences, with first working experience or apprenticeship  

• Structural, exact and solution orientated way of working and structural and committed communication  

• Strong analytical and communicational skills   

• English fluent, further language such as German or Spanish nice to have  

• Good Excel and basic SAP (MM, SD) knowledge is an advantage
