Compulsory Internship eCommerce (m/f/d) – Hamburg

During your 6-months-internship you will support the eCommerce team for Northern Europe with a focus on Testing & Optimisation as well as Omni Operations and their daily business. 

WE DELIVER– Let’s deliver together:

• Support in the pre- and post-preparation of tests & optimisations on our eStore 
• Creation of various reports & analysis around testing and omni operations 
• Independent research on numerous topics in the area of optimisation and omni operations (online research, competitor & website analyses, evaluation of studies)  
• Collaboration with other members of the eCom team (Content, Trading & Analytics)
• Implementation of own smaller tests and optimisations on our eStore 
• Support the collaboration between eCom and store teams for omni services 
• Support the communication workflow between eCom team and customer service

• You are currently enrolled in a study programme, you fulfill the requirements for a compulsory internship and you can spend 6 months with us 
• You have analytical skills and you enjoy working with data sets and bring a good eye for simple presentation of results 
• Structured and independent learning of new topics matters for you 
• Team spirit, creativity, independence and proactivity characterise you and you have a hands-on mentality 
• Being experienced with MS Office is an advantage (PowerPoint, Excel)
