Assisting in the development of communication and change strategies and plans
Creating and editing content for various communication channels as well as material for training and workshop sessions
Conducting research and analyses to gather relevant information for communication and change
Supporting the Project Managament Office and coordinating global meetings and workshops
Assisting in the implementation of change initiatives, collecting feedback and monitoring the progress

Current studies in Business Administration, Change Management, Communication or comparable
Basic understanding of project and change management, methodologies, instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Abllity to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Analytical as well as strong interpersonal skills
Ability to create engaging and clear communication materials for different audiences
Proficiency in verbal and written English
