• Experience and help shape IT at HR
  • Conception and documentation of user stories
  • Development and implementation of test scenarios
  • Carrying out analyses in the time system and research in Confluence
  • Participation in projects such as RPA prototypes and data analyses
• Optimizing processes
  • Conducting preliminary discussions and process analyses with various stakeholders
  • Modeling and adapting processes
  • Identification and implementation of process optimizations
• Rethinking knowledge management
  • Development of a standardized concept for knowledge management in time management
  • Creation of target group-oriented training materials and information videos

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration with a focus on digitization or a comparable course of study
• Initial experience in programming
• Very good written and spoken German and a good command of English
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
