Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) is a division of Mercedes-Benz Group AG and, with around 10,000 employees, specializes in financial and mobility services. The offering ranges from financing, leasing, vehicle subscriptions and rental, fleet management to digital services for charging and payment, insurance brokerage and innovative mobility services.

Our focus for this year is on the five strategic dimensions of MBM 2025, with "Electrify our future" being one of them. On the way to "electric only", charging vehicles as easily as possible plays a crucial role. That is why we are building a high-performance Mercedes-Benz charging network to make charging in public spaces a special customer experience. At MBM, we have established the new Charging Unit, which focuses on public, home and business charging.

Our Charging Fleet Solutions team:

We design charging for our B2B electric vehicles to delight our customers and contribute to the sustainability of Mercedes-Benz. Our goal is to develop a holistic charging experience for our customers. In doing so, we ensure that our customers can charge at the company location, at the employee's home and on the road.

We start by identifying, evaluating and piloting new and innovative charging solutions. After successful piloting, the rollout follows, taking into account market-specific conditions. We focus on marketing, sales and enablement activities.

We are a motivated team that works enthusiastically on new solutions for electromobility. We are characterized by creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and, above all, fun working together and trust in the team.

We are looking for an intern to join our team. The aim is to successfully roll out new B2B charging services in our relevant markets. Are you ready to find new ways and not be discouraged by obstacles? Then you've come to the right place!

These are your tasks:

• You will support the rollout process from brainstorming to the implementation of suitable marketing and sales measures
• You will help to bring our products to the markets and enable our dealers
• You will work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary and international environment with internal and external partners
• You will be involved in the conception, preparation and implementation of workshops and management meetings
• You create competitive analyses & market research on B2B relevant topics

• You are a student in a business or technical degree program (business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, energy management or a comparable degree program)
• You are interested in the field of charging
• You already have initial experience of the energy market of the future and possible new electromobility solutions within it
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• You are confident with MS Office applications
• You have a communicative and assertive personality
• You work independently and use your own initiative
