Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG (MBM) is a division of Mercedes-Benz Group AG and, with around 10,000 employees, specializes in financial and mobility services. The offering ranges from financing, leasing, vehicle subscriptions and rental, fleet management to digital services relating to charging and payment, insurance brokerage and innovative mobility services.
This year, Mercedes-Benz Mobility will once again focus on the 5 strategic dimensions of MBM 2025, one of which is Electrify our Future. On the way to "electric only", charging is a decisive factor.

We want charging at Mercedes-Benz to become a special customer experience. In order to build up this holistic charging ecosystem as quickly as possible, we have established a new Charging Unit at MBM, which is responsible for developing and supporting innovative customer solutions for charging in and outside the vehicle. In the area of "public charging", we are taking a consistent step forward as a company and rolling out our own Mercedes-Benz High Power charging network.
For this purpose, we are looking for an intern to support us in setting up the charging network.

We work closely together across teams and departments - within the Charging Unit, but also with our colleagues in all functions such as Sales, Development, Finance & Controlling, IT and Marketing.
Our way of working is strongly oriented towards agile swarm logic and thrives on a high degree of flexibility and mutual support - even across team, divisional and departmental boundaries. Working together as partners and individual ownership are crucial for us, as are the highest standards for the results of our work, the "joy of constructive discourse" in the interest of the best solution and the ambition to "boldly think and leap forward". We regularly use mobile working in the hybrid model.

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Project coordination for the development of the Mercedes-Benz Charging network in China
• Collaboration in the operational & strategic business of the Charging Unit
• Preparation of communication and presentation documents for specialist and management committees
• Carrying out the evaluation of analyses
• Creation of marketing and communication content
• Planning, organization and implementation of events such as workshops, management meetings
• Coordination with suppliers and business partners

Ideally you have:

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or a comparable degree with an economic focus
• Ideally basic knowledge of charging and initial experience in project management
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English - Chinese is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and a solid basic understanding of IT
• Interest and passion for eMobility
• Initiative and willingness to learn a lot of new things
• Analytical and conceptual skills anyway
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Good time management and structured work
