Are you looking for a varied internship in a global company and would like to contribute and implement your ideas in the development of a new service concept consisting of coaching, training, KPI management and marketing?

Then become part of the Mercedes-Benz Service Program Management team!

In the Global Customer Service & Parts division, we are responsible for the strategic conception and operational implementation of a program with the aim of generating sustainable sales growth in the service area. With this approach, we offer retail support in optimizing processes and increasing workshop efficiency as well as in the successful implementation of service products, digital processes and customer care measures.

The Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) division is responsible for the after-sales business of Mercedes-Benz Cars and makes a sustainable contribution to the company's success. We focus on customer requirements to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and secure profitable growth.

Our team is the new core element of the Service Fulfillment Operations department, which is responsible for strengthening the implementation of a variety of service products and defined service processes. Cooperation with our service partners also plays a key role in this.

The internship offers you these opportunities:

  • Be involved in designing the concept and piloting the program from the very beginning
  • Contribute to the successful establishment of service products, customer care measures and digital approaches
  • Think strategically and act pragmatically
  • working "in the heart" of the Customer Service area with insight into retail and customer contact areas
  • Working cross-functionally in close cooperation with many departments, regions, markets and retail

These will be your exciting challenges in the team:

  • Contributing to the conception of the overall program including the design of the individual components
  • Preparation of interdisciplinary workshops to design and coordinate the content of the approach
  • Support in the analysis of KPIs to derive measures for process optimization, efficiency increase and market exploitation
  • Developing the requirements for a KPI performance tool
  • Planning and organizing roadshows and creating presentations to introduce the program
  • Creating reports on the status and performance of the program
  • Initiating best practice sharing
  • Definition of suitable
Qualifikationen
  • You are studying economics, automotive economics, industrial engineering or information technology or a comparable course of study
  • You have already gained some practical experience (e.g. training, internships, part-time jobs)
  • You are fluent in English and German
  • You are confident with MS Office and have experience in using tools such as JIRA or Confluence
  • You have analytical skills, like to work conceptually and with data, but you are also pragmatic in implementation
  • You are very committed, work independently, in a structured and flexible manner
  • You are an organizational and communication talent as well as a team player
