All our digital retail tools/products that we offer support the sales processes in the showroom with a direct impact on the customer experience/ with the aim of generating a better and seamless customer experience in the showroom. We use various digital elements and technologies to present products and services, provide information, enable personalized customer advice and digitize the overall shopping process in the showroom and offer a seamless sales experience.

In a dynamic working environment in the digital retail landscape, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement creative ideas. Together with our teams, you will create visual content for our innovative products. You will have the chance to produce high-quality content and videos that convincingly present the retail of our products and inspire our customers.

The following tasks await you:

• Creating and editing engaging marketing videos for internal and external presentations of our products and to promote our digital tools for retail
• Developing compelling content aimed at convincing dealers/retailers of the benefits of our digital tools and ensuring an improved customer experience
• Supporting the conception and implementation of film projects from brainstorming to post-production
• Participation in the implementation of a uniform, modern design in video production for our customer projects
• Preparation of project documents and briefing documents for internal and external contacts

• Creativity and passion for content creation, especially for video content
• Initial experience in video production, ideally with examples of your own work
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and convincingly
• Knowledge in the use of editing and post-production software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects)
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility for projects
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Ability to work independently and strong communication skills

Desirable courses of study:

• Degree in media studies, communication design, film and television production or a comparable course of study with a focus on digital media and film
• Students in the field of digital content creation, multimedia production or visual effects & animation
• Students from other disciplines with proven affinity and experience in the field of video and film
