KWS Berlin GmbH is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Working Student (m/f/d) to join our dynamic HR Admin & Payroll DACH Team at our Service Shared Center. If you're excited to take on diverse responsibilities, deliver independent and service-oriented assistance for 20 hours per week, and have already showcased your commitment and collaborative spirit, we're thrilled to meet you.

Your tasks:

• You'll support the HR team in day-to-day operations with all administrative tasks mainly for Germany, such as:

• preparatory activities for payroll processing
• digitization and archiving of personnel files
• or creation of HR-related documents

• Additionally, you'll handle inquiries from employees and managers in our ticket system.
• We also aim to actively involve you in improving our processes.

Your profile:

• You're currently enrolled in studies, ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
• You have a good grasp and impress with your independent and meticulous work ethic.
• High customer and service orientation are among your strengths.
• Teamwork to you means supporting each other, solving problems together, and learning together.
• You're not content with the status quo and seek ways to accomplish your tasks better and more efficiently.
• Excellent German and very good English skills complete your profile.
