Your task

• Planning and carrying out recruitment, organizing personnel deployment and planning personnel development
• Acquiring and supporting applicants and employees, analyzing jobs and determining personnel requirements
• Managing, participating in and monitoring all personnel management processes
• Working in a team-oriented manner, advising and communicating appropriately and using conflict resolution strategies

• Basic commercial understanding
• Good written and spoken communication skills as well as English language skills
• Customer orientation
• Organizational talent
• Friendliness, commitment and ability to work in a team

Additional information:

Start your training with an attractive salary of 1,083 euros in the first year of training up to 1,373.50 euros in the final year (depending on location). If you successfully complete your training, you will have excellent chances of being taken on by us.
