Internship in the Global Training Team Connectivity, Processes and Systems from October 2024

At Global Training, we ensure that colleagues around the world have the right qualifications. In a unique network of 150 decentralized training centers in 120 countries, 750 trainers worldwide work to qualify over 190,000 participants every year. This gives them targeted access to the knowledge they need for direct customer contact, in the workshop or in retail management.

With us, you can expect varied and interesting activities that offer you a deep insight into the organization, process and conception of training courses. As a new member, you will gain an insight into the innovative connectivity solutions and various sales and after-sales topics at Mercedes-Benz. You will actively support us in the worldwide training concept development and the operational implementation of trainings in the area of After Sales Processes & Systems.

Your tasks :

• Participate in the planning, organization, development and implementation of the new After Sales training strategy
• Participate in the production of various training elements, such as e-learning, virtual classrooms or classroom training
• Supporting the overall project management of the new after sales training strategy
• Participation in projects for the conception of digital and innovative learning formats
• Collaboration in the methodological and didactic design of training concepts
• Assisting with the organization and implementation of international trainer training courses
• Coordination and recording of various projects and participation in project meetings
• Preparing and helping to design training documents and presentations
• Taking on independent work and supporting the team in day-to-day business

Ideally, this is what you bring with you:

• Degree course: Economics, education, psychology, social sciences or a comparable degree course
• Language skills: Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of project management tools an advantage, quick familiarization with other IT systems and e-learning softwares (e.g. Articulate 360),
• Personal skills: Commitment, creative way of working, ability to work in a team, project-oriented work and intercultural competence
• Other: Class B driving license
