Our Q@RD team stands for the quality management system in RD, we accompany and design RD-internal processes with our stakeholder areas with a high level of motivation and support their implementation. Our aim is to ensure that the development processes are fully described and continuously developed in a process-oriented manner. To ensure that our quality topics and processes find their way into the workforce of Group Research & Mercedes-Benz Cars Development, an innovative communication strategy and appealing media design are essential - and this is exactly what we need you for!

Your tasks

• You will support the creation, optimization and implementation of a consistent communication and marketing concept for our project content, rollouts and know-how transfer in RD
• Design and responsibility for our communication media (visualization of content, infographics, image editing, icon design, illustrations and page layouts)
• You (further) develop our social intranet presence and independently create new content
• Independent recognition, identification and use of communication paths that have not yet been developed

What you bring to the table

• Your creativity is in demand and appreciated - we need great ideas to spread great content
• Degree in media design, communication design, communication sciences or comparable studies
• Ideally experience in the conception and implementation of communication concepts
• Appropriate IT skills are required
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Reliability, diligence and independence
