About the team: 

SAP Business Transformation Services provides specialized offerings on topics related to Business and IT Strategy, Value Management and Performance Management. We closely work with our customers to re-imagine business models, design future enterprise roadmaps and target state architectures to realize business value.

The team for Digital Change and Adoption (DCA), which is part of BTS, is primarily focusing on:

• Planning, conceiving, and implementing strategic and operational Change Management and User Adoption by driving communication, enablement, and stakeholder management
• Facilitation of organizational change in complex SAP IT and Business Transformations for global corporations
• Focusing on the people side of SAP Transformation and Innovation Programs to support customer success

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern / Thesis Student (f/m/d) – Business Transformation Services: Organizational Change Management
Work Area: Consulting and Professional Services
Location: Berlin
Expected start date: November 1st. 2024

In this role, you’ll:

• Support the development of a future service offering related to data driven change management in combination with AI when it comes to S/4 Hana implementations
• Master Thesis on the evolution of Change Management in the context of AI etc.
• Support the preparation of a Thought Leadership Paper

Who you are: 

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

• Student (f/m/d) with a background in HR and / or Organizational and People Development
• Ideally first experience from working with other consulting firms
• Computer skills: yes 
• Language skills: (e.g. fluent in English, German proficiency is a must)
• Soft skills: (e.g. team player, expert in organizing, creative, self starter)

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
