Working Student (f/m/d) - Product Management for Process Content Tooling and Delivery

What you'll do

We are looking for a proactive working student with a hands-on mentality to support our team's mission in enabling SAP’s transformation to a process-oriented planning and development model, covering initial design, configuration, and deployment. Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

• Facilitating data migration tasks to broaden the scope of our process and design modeling environment across SAP's product lines
• Providing support in process modeling tasks and ensuring process modeling governance
• Assisting the Product Management team in their day-to-day activities and handling occasional ad-hoc tasks
• Conducting testing on new features within the tools we are developing and contributing to enhancing product quality

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen interest in contributing to ongoing learning and improvement.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics or related
• Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook), experience in any BPMN modeling tool is a plus
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: team player, willingness to learn new things on the job and curiosity in the topic, great organization and time management

Meet your team

The Process Content Tooling and Delivery team within the SAP S/4HANA Product Content Excellence (PCX) organization is enabling Enterprise Architects, Scenario Product Managers and Process Owners to efficiently design, model and publish business and solution process content. We're delivering the Enterprise Architecture Reference Library ('EARL') as SAP's process design and modeling environment, integrated with graphical modeling capabilities. EARL additionally is SAP's central repository for business and solution scenarios and processes, including solution specific implementation accelerators. Our mission is to support SAP's transformation to a process-oriented planning and development working model from initial design to configuration and deployment.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
