Internship in the field of training & dual studies from October 2024

Your area of responsibility is in the "Education & Training" team. We are responsible for all trainees and dual students at the Bremen site. Every year, 160 new people start their career with us. Shaping their training or studies is in our hands! This happens in line with the transformation of the automotive industry - there is a lot to shape! Become part of it!

These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Collaboration in the recruitment of dual students and trainees
• Support & contact person for our trainees and dual students
• Participation in the conception, organization, implementation and evaluation of
• Training content of the IT training occupation "IT specialist in digital networking" (introduction 2022)
• Collaboration in special vocational training projects, such as the design of new qualification modules
• Qualification modules for our trainees
• Accompanying careers fairs and supporting internal events
• Preparing analyses and designing presentations
• Participating in the development, conception and implementation of area-specific projects
• Collaboration in the operational process of vocational training

• Degree program with a business administration, educational or comparable background
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and IT affinity
• Interest in the transformation of the automotive industry and its impact on vocational training
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
