Werkstudent (m/w/d) Unternehmenskommunikation

Für unseren Standort München suchen wir ab sofort einen Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation.

Während Deiner Werkstudententätigkeit erhältst Du einen umfangreichen Einblick in den Alltag der Kommunikationsabteilung des pharmazeutischen Bereiches von GSK.

Deine Aufgaben: 

• Erstellung von internen Kommunikationsmaterialien

• Bearbeitung von Spenden zu- und absagen

• Erstellen und Aktualisierung von Präsentationen und Dokumenten

• Durchführen von Recherchearbeit

• Pflege des Intranetauftritts

• Organisation und Durchführung von internen Veranstaltungen und Meetings

• Unterstützung bei der Aufnahme von Videos

• Übersetzung von Dokumenten

• Unterstützung bei der digitalen Präsenz von GSK in Deutschland (Website und Social Media)

• Kontaktaufnahme und -pflege mit externen Dienstleistern

Dein Profil:

• Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) (z.B. in BWL, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaft, Gesundheitsmanagement, Gesundheitsökonomie)

• Du bist proaktiv und zuverlässig, kannst eigenständig arbeiten

• Vielleicht hast Du schon erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Kommunikation gesammelt

• Du bist souverän im Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) und bist Social Media-affin

• Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch flüssig in Wort und Schrift
