As Corporate Consulting and Digitalization team at Heraeus, we know the challenges today's global manufacturing and service companies face. The following challenges await you:

• As a “Working Student PMO”, you will organize and coordinate the activities of the Heraeus Digital Hub.
• In addition, you will be responsible for project and program management using agile methods.
• You will prepare presentations and documents for top management and present them in person.
• You will actively support the internal and external communication of the Digital Hub, including the creation of content for the employee portal “Touch”.
• In day-to-day business, you will process ad-hoc inquiries and take care of office management.
• Furthermore, you will develop and implement standards, processes and methods in project management and manage the SharePoint project management platform.
• You will also be responsible for moderating internal meetings and operational task management.
• Create training documents, carry out follow-up work and organize teamwork in order to prioritize problems effectively.
• In your role, you will also develop concepts for new digital solutions.
• You will participate in discussions on the use of digital technologies to improve customer touchpoints and customer experiences.
• Practice and deepen your theoretical knowledge continuously both during the semester (max. 20 hours/week) and during the semester break (full-time if required).

Your Profile:

• Degree in industrial engineering, business informatics or a similar field of study
• Ideally practical experience in IT, digitalization, project and/or project portfolio management
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
• Experience with SharePoint, Office 365 and Azure DevOps an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German, good English skills
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, open and convincing personality
• Detail and number oriented
• Good communication skills for international cooperation
• Valid study certificate for the entire period of employment
