Job Description

• During your internship you support the sales controlling team in the Current Forecast, Target Business Plan and YTD processes by analyzing as well as summarizing sales data to provide insights and recommendations for decision making.
• You will analyze as well as clarify data with customer teams and crosscheck reported data with dashboards to ensure accuracy as well as consistency in sales reporting.
• Furthermore, you develop strong training materials (handbook) for the sales organization and stakeholders to ensure understanding as well as correct application of sales processes and best practices.
• Finally, you help identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance sales excellence, including suggestions for optimizing reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Business, Finance, Information Technology or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); PowerBI and PowerQuery are a plus; basic understanding of the sales organization
• Personality and Working Practice: a person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Languages: fluent in English, German is a plus

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
