Intern (f/m/d) project management / PMO

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to support in the position as an intern (f/m/d) project management / PMO. You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment? You would like take part in revolutionizing the NewSpace in aerospace? Then apply for us.

Your Tasks

• Support in the preparation, planning and coordination of external and internal meetings, incl. welcoming of visitors
• Support the entire team with organizational and administrative tasks 
• Assisting with the organization and coordination of business trips for the Board members and other employees
• Creating and preparation of presentations and reports 
• Cross-departmental coordination of project activities and appointments, including calendar coordination

Your Qualifications

• Commercial studies in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or similar
• Initial experience as an assistant or in project organization is an advantage 
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fluent in written and spoken English (all day-to-day activities are carried out in English)
• Proactive, structured and analytical way of working
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Independence with high goal and result orientation
