Working Student Digital Solutions (m/w/d)

Your challenges

• You support our Digital Solutions Team in preparing software testings and documentation for each device types and set up and test the migration survey

• You support in the creation of new onboarding/training materials and create Pendo customer segments based on boarding groups, along with walkthrough guides.

• You prepare customer migration meetings by migrating the organization and users.

• You communicate and coordinate migration conversations with customers.

Your expertise

• You are currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or in a comparable field

• You have ideally first practical experience in the IT and/or software sector

• You have a good understanding of software and digital solutions

• You are proficient in using MS Office programs

• You combine quick comprehension skills with strong analytical thinking and an independent working style

• Your communication skills in German and in English are good in written and spoken
