Internship and thesis (m/f/d) Food Application area

Your tasks

• In order to optimally prepare for your thesis at our location in Darmstadt, you will complete an internship in our Food Application department. This helps you to get to know the processes and products before working on your thesis.
• In your internship part, you will work with our specialists in the laboratory and work on customer and innovation projects, mainly in the bakery sector.
• For your thesis, you are dealing with a specific B2B product in the baked goods sector. Your goal is to find out exactly how the product works and how you can improve it. During your internship you have time to define the topic and thus help shape it.

Your profile

• You are studying food technology, food chemistry or comparable studies for a master's degree
• A completed bachelor's degree or vocational training (baker, chef, pastry chef, food technology specialist) is an advantage
• Teamwork and flexibility are your top priority
• You have strong analytical skills and know how to work scientifically and independently
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
• You have a good knowledge of common Windows and MS Office applications
