Job Description

• During your internship, you will develop and implement interactive web applications and responsive mobile applciation using Angular framework.
• You will get hands-on with APIs intergration development and tackle advanced GitHub workflows.
• Furthermore, you will collaborate with UI/UX teams to bring modern designs to life, developing prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma in Developer Mode, while contributing to the refinement and enhancement of the overall user experience (UX).
• Moreover, you will work in an Agile team environment, contribute to product discussions, and help shape the roadmap.
• You will explore Playwright automation testing and engage in manual testing for frontend integration, ensuring smooth and efficient interaction between the frontend and backend systems.
• Additionally, you will build responsive, consumer-grade apps that look stunning on any device and enhance our user experience.
• Finally, you will contribute to the sprint process using tools like Jira while following best practices in CI/CD as well as work with a large-scale, international team on globally distributed service projects using Angular 17+.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Computer Science, Web Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: solid hands-on experience with Angular 17+, NextJS and TypeScript/JavaScript, strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL and backend integration using Spring Boot, familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub and Bitbucket, experience with CI/CD pipelines for software development, competent handling of UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, knowledge in tools like Jira
• Personality and Working Practice: a creative and collaborative problem-solver with the ability to tackle complex business challenges and is comfortable contributing to product discussions.
• Enthusiasm: passion for clean code and a meticulous approach to documentation and for building world-class web and mobile applications, eagerness to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your ideas matter, excited to learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices
• Languages: fluent in English, German is a plus

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
