Your tasks
- Receiving and qualified assessment of customer enquiries of all kinds via various media
- Independently analysing, processing and solving customer enquiries within the defined area of responsibility (error processing, order processing and user support)
- Forwarding customer enquiries to the responsible units, following up on the respective process as required
- Recording content and revising and updating existing documentation. Collaboration in the development of new documentation
- Communicating with the department's specialist teams to avoid disruptions and for conceptual coordination
- Participation in the further development or new introduction of processes, tools, services and products
Your profile
- Sound IT knowledge or initial experience in IT support
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office product range, strong IT affinity is an advantage
- Strong team spirit, precise and reliable way of working, highly solution-orientated
- Strong communication skills even under increased pressure, especially in customer communication
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
