Job Description

• Support hardware onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., device setup, refurbishments, and returns). 
• Assist in cleaning up and preparing devices for reuse. 
• Help prepare, test, and deliver hardware for employees, ensuring proper system updates. 
• Assist with ticket management in Jira, verifying data quality, and ensuring all tasks are documented. 
• Inventory management: ensure all devices are properly tracked invenotory system. 
• Collaborate on maintaining accurate software asset management records. 
• Monitor and respond to requests during onboarding days, ensuring employees receive timely assistance. 

Qualifications

• Student in IT, Business, or related fields. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment. 
• Experience or knowledge in inventory management systems (preferable). 
• Familiarity with IT service management tools such as Jira (preferable). 
• Understanding of IT hardware management or interest in IT operations (preferable).
