The role:

• Coordinate daily operational logistics for the European warehouse, liaising with purchasing, planning, and external providers.
• Ensure efficient communication across logistics areas to optimize the flow of goods.
• Contribute to process optimization and redesign, constantly evaluating current workflows for improvement.
• Monitor merchandise proactively by analyzing data to prevent deviations in promotional business shop arrivals.
• Handle invoice auditing, quality control, and overall process monitoring to maintain service standards.

What you bring:

• Training in supply chain management/logistics/purchasing/central planning and/or 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in retail logistics or fashion/apparel supply chain
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Good to very good knowledge of MS Excel 
• Experience with general merchandise/warehouse management systems or SAP applications (e.g. ERP, EWM) is an advantage
• Knowledge of MicroStrategy or other data warehouse tools is an advantage
• SQL or VBA knowledge is an advantage
