IT Graduate Service Management (d/f/m)

About the role:
As an IT Graduate in Service Management, you’ll dive into diverse business areas, gaining hands-on experience in Application & Integration, Workplace, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and IT Security & Risk. You’ll manage relationships with over 30 vendors and support 3 key Business Services, all while building a strong foundation for your future in IT.

What you will do:
Act as the first point of contact for vendors, handling stakeholder management
Manage governance meetings and contracts for external vendors and software.
Ensure services run smoothly by checking KPIs.
Prepare reports for senior management to measure spending and forecast, suggesting improvements.
Assist in building the budget for the area, gaining visibility with various IT teams.
Create purchase requisitions.
Who you are:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent.
Comfortable with MS Office applications and PowerBI.
Possessing strong analytical thinking, a data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
