The Facilities Management Trainee will support the implementation of asset management programs and assist in daily facilities operations. This role provides practical experience in managing building maintenance, safety protocols, and optimizing resource use within the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Assist in the management of company assets, ensuring all systems and facilities are properly maintained.
• Support the implementation of asset management methodologies and processes.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Management team on maintenance schedules, building inspections, and equipment audits.
• Participate in the development of resource management plans to enhance efficiency in the facilities.
• Help with the documentation and reporting of facility issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Engage in cross-departmental projects, coordinating with vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Contribute to safety and compliance initiatives within the facilities.

Your qualification

• Education: Graduation or Master's Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of asset management and facilities operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge in PowerBi (preferable but not mandatory).
