What you do

• As part of our Client Success team, you will manage our worldwide clients alongside the Client Success Managers 
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Collect customer feedback, recognise customer needs and find solutions
• Create monthly mailings and analyse usage of the client base
• Create and maintain client files in CRM, Salesforce

Your skills

Who you are

• Enrolled student preferably in an economics programme, alternatively communications, psychology, social sciences or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Customer and solution-orientated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel 
• Place of work: Hamburg
