IT - Working Student Helpdesk (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will provide independent support with the cabling of workstations and the network,
• Setting up and disassembling workstations is your area of responsibility,
• You have fun supporting our employees with everyday IT queries (first level helpdesk),
• The installation and updating of hardware is also one of your tasks,
• You will help with the creation of evaluations and reports.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You are an enrolled student and would like to support our small IT team,
• Basic knowledge of the Windows-Linux operating system and the Office package is an advantage,
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software installation,
• You have an independent and structured way of working,
• You have a good command of German and English,
• Personality is more than anything!
