What you will do:
Your role will be to support the HR Value Advisory (HRVA) team in Middle and Eastern Europe. As a working student based in Germany or Switzerland you will work with a team of expert professionals and customers across the region. Your assignments include (but are not limited to):
- Help to create and customize value propositions and business cases for Human Experience Management
- Conduct research on industry, subject, and customer-related matters
- Prepare customer workshops and presentations
- Develop and enhance HXM Value Advisory assets
What you birng:
You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or similar
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical capabilities (analysis of corporate reports, presentations, websites)
- Good presentation skills
- Besides that, you are highly self-motivated, results-oriented and get into new topics quickly
- Knowledge or experience in the field of HR and cloud software is a plus

Meet your team:
The Human Experience Management (HXM) Value Advisory team provides thought leadership, strategic HR solution advice, expert consultation on talent-related business strategy and HR process improvement, and expertise on building business cases to support investment decisions.
HXM Value Advisors partner with customers in all phases of the sales cycle and help them understand and quantify the value to be gained from our SAP HXM solutions. By
working with senior HR leaders across all industries, HXM Value Advisors help shape the value proposition in pre-sales discussions, provide expert consultation on value selling to the account teams and develop business cases with quantified monetary benefits that help customers justify investment decisions regarding new SAP technology solutions and deployment projects.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
