Stellenbeschreibung

• Manage and audit user permissions within the Google Cloud Platform.
• Ensure that users have the appropriate level of access and adjust permissions as necessary.
• Monitor and review GCP roles to ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.
• Understand and manage GCP roles and services required by the teams.
• Assist users in setting up and configuring GCP resources, including BigQuery and the creation of new projects within GCP.
• Support the team with troubleshooting and optimization of GCP environments.
• Provide assistance with basic AI-related tasks as required by the team.
• Create, manage, and prioritize Jira tickets based on user requests.
• Act as the first point of contact for cloud-related user inquiries and support requests.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage user permissions securely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Nice to have:
• Knowledge of hyperscalers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically in managing user roles and permissions.
• Understanding of GCP services, particularly IAM and BigQuery.
• Experience with Jira for task management and ticketing.
