YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Du unterstützt das Team in diversen Projekten aus dem Bereich People & Talent Management (z.B. Talent Programme, Employee Survey Program, Leadership Development) 

• Du bringst Deine Ideen ein und unterstützt bei der Konzeption sowie bei der Erstellung von Unterlagen für diverse Stakeholder 

• Du koordinierst unser Trainingscurriculum und übernimmst Verantwortung für Entwicklung, Reporting und KPI-Tracking in unseren Learning Management Systemen 

• Du unterstützt unsere Führungskräfte mit Analysen und Recherchen zu Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten 

• Du agierst als Ansprechperson für unsere People Business Partner, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende und übernimmst administrative Tätigkeiten für unseren Bereich 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Du bist immatrikuliert und studierst mindestens im 3. Fachsemester - idealerweise im Bereich BWL mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder Wirtschaftspsychologie 

• Du interessierst Dich für die Personalentwicklung und hast Lust darauf, in globalen strategischen Projekten zu unterstützen 

• Du konntest durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten erste Erfahrungen im People & Culture Bereich sammeln 

• Du hast ausgeprägten Analyse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten 

• Dich zeichnet eine eigenverantwortliche, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus 

• Du hast sehr gute Microsoft Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Outlook, PowerPoint und Excel) und kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch
