Working Student - Organizational Excellence, Group Strategy (all genders)

Are you looking to gain experience in a forward-thinking company that offers growth opportunities? KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking a Working Student to join our Organizational Excellence Team (part of Group Strategy) on a part-time basis, either in Berlin or Einbeck.
Our Organizational Excellence Team focuses on creating efficient, streamlined business processes and works closely with senior leadership to deliver positive business results. We aim to improve the reliability and increase the simplicity of business processes and thus enable company growth.

Your role:

• Support the development and optimization of end-to-end business processes.
• Coordinate and support projects to drive organizational excellence, with opportunities to grow into a project management role. 
• Provide general support to the Group Strategy leadership team and members.
• Actively drive the digital transformation of the organization.
• Help the development of the KWS Excellence approach for continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
  

Your profile:

• You are currently a full-time student in a related field of study, for at least one more year.
• You have some experience managing projects and working in teams.
• Experience with process management, modeling, or improvement methodologies is a plus. 
• You are a good communicator, well organized and able to work independently.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of any additional language is an asset.
