Contribute the shaping of a modern IT-Operations team for running Digital Solutions and Products in support of a bigger digitalization activity at ZEISS
Assist the Head of Health Data Platform (HDP Operations with the planning, scheduling, and tracking of day-to-day activities coming along with running the ZEISS Health Data Platform on a modern Cloud Infrastructure
Support in shaping the IT-Operations strategy for running Digital Services and Products at ZEISS Meditec
Support in setting up a modern BI environment, where all necessary business and operational KPIs about the HDP, will be made available in order to derive valuable insights
Support in developing automatized data evaluation, upload and download procedures and connect a various set of source systems as a basis for our BI solution
Implement automatized routines for repeating tasks in our daily business
Take over of necessary documentation activities in order to fulfill our regular and compliance requirements
Support in process and ISMS audits
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Prepare and participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on IT-Operations best practices
Assist the team with general administrative matters
Your Profile
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field such as Project Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or a comparable course of study
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to details and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Know-how in Power BI, Power Automate and Azure would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills in English and ideally as well in German
Solution-oriented with a hands-on mentality and a creative mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
