As a Working Student Marketing & Visual Design (f/m/d) within our professional services organization you will taking over a dual role of marketing and community management to shape the team and portfolio visibility and perception of tomorrow at E.ON across Europe.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating marketing materials, and executing campaigns for four teams SAP, Integration Development, Data Migration & Observability and Conversational AI.
• Visual Design/UX Design: Creatively design business presentations with excellent PowerPoint design skills and help teams to develop their image.
• Visual Concept Development: Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end to tailor our communication to the brand identity.
• Copywriting: Craft engaging and audience-specific content for various channels, including the intranet communities, newsletter, LinkedIn, and marketing materials.
• Communication: Collaborate closely with managers, teams, and other relevant departments to ensure consistent communication.
• Community Management: Nurture and manage our intranet communities, engage with customers, and promote interaction and engagement to grow our visibility withing the E.ON Group.
  

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Education: Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study (e.g., Marketing, Design, Communication, Media Sciences) with at least 1 year left before graduation.
• Creativity: Passion for creative writing, and outstanding skills in PowerPoint design.
• Eye for visual design: Skills in Photoshop, Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud would be a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
• Independence: Proactive approach and the ability to take on tasks independently.
