Key responsibilities
Business Transformation & Steering (BTS), plays a pivotal role in supporting the definition and execution of the global Business Transformation and Steering initiatives in Allianz Partners. Within BTS, Business model harmonization (BMH) team supports implementation of simplified, standardized business models to address the unique complexities of our Lines of Business and Business Units.
The role specifically centers around the global roll-out of the Simplicity product configuration (SPC) tool maintaining a strong focus on Product harmonization across Allianz Partners Lines of Business and Business Units in various countries.
Through this role, you will have the main following responsabilities:
- Manage stakeholders globally and execute organizational tasks which allow for continuous information flow (schedule meetings, structure agendas, prepare presentations, record meeting minutes).
- Assist in the planning and execution of Simplicity configuration tool and the tool for Terms and conditions for different Allianz Partners Lines of business and Business Units in various countries.
- Contribute to the Onboarding process (assist in the design, execution and management of trainings, upskilling activities and learning platforms).
- Act as a point of reference for communication between the Product Owners and IT team (managing requests and contribute to the thinking behind subsequent tool development).
- Maintenance and storage of SPC and Core Module Catalogue related documents, ensuring relevant internal communication channels present the most recent information.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks from other BMH Team Members related to Product deviation process and other strategic initiatives.
What you bring
- Experience from prior internship or job in financial services industry. Experience in Marketing is a plus.
- IT skills (MS Office applications): Proficient use of office application tools e.g. Power Point, Excel, Word.
- Master or bachelor student in a relevant field of studies with strong academic achievements (enrolled at University for the whole period of employment).
- Presentation skills: Effectively express and display thoughts and ideas visually, using various tools.
- Communication skills: Clearly and effectively express ideas and messages in a structured way.
- Collaborative mindset and passion to work with people and entrepreneurial spirit, thinking out of the box.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, passion for transformation and enjoying to work in an international and agile environment.
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are plus.
