Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales (MS) comprises the functions Sales, After Sales, Marketing and Product Management at Mercedes-Benz Cars and is responsible for the development of the worldwide Sales organization. Our goal is to design the global sales of Mercedes-Benz Cars successfully and sustainably, to achieve the highest Customer satisfaction and to expand the success of our brands continuously. The enthusiasm of our customers is one comprehensive, lifelong task to deliver the best or nothing.

Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) bundles the worldwide activities of the Mercedes-Benz Customer Services business. Task of the GCSP/BW unit is to manage and further develop the Mercedes-Benz workshop and parts business, together with our international After Sales companies and regions.

Our department GCSP/BWM focuses on market and performance management for international markets and regions. We are also responsible for managing performance of special product portfolios like Reman (remanufactured parts) and StarParts (second parts line).

Your future team combines business performance management of region Overseas and the direct markets BMBS, Hong Kong & Taiwan. Our goal in market management is to align the interests of GCSP with the needs of the region/market in a goal-oriented and partnership-oriented manner. The holistic goal is profitable and sustainable growth of the MB Cars parts range.

Within our daily work we provide consistent feedback and constructive discourse whilst embodying the Mercedes-Benz Leadership principles.

Following tasks await you during the internship:

  • Support the collaboration with region/market in achieving the agreed After Sales target and other KPIs (e.g. digitalization, parts trading, etc.)
  • Exchange between GCSP and region/market with regard to the relevant Customer Service topics, products and key figures
  • Support in preparation of benchmarking analyzes in parts sales in collaboration with the region/market and product management to identify sales potential
  • Preparation of cross-country key business figures, evaluations and data analyzes in cooperation with our BI team
  • Preparation of decision-making documents and participation in correspondent meetings
  • Participation in interdisciplinary operational and strategic projects at national and international level within your area of responsibility
  • Support in organization of monthly committees to manage the GCSP strategy measures
Qualifikationen
  • Degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, international management, data analytics or a comparable course
  • Strong affinity for figures and good analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); German and other languages would be an advantage
  • Ideally knowledge or previous experience in Aftersales
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong team player with intercultural competencies
  • Proactive and responsible
