About the role

Our Global HR Systems team is responsible for all tasks relating to the technical functionalities of our HR system. We are always on the lookout for the best talent to drive renewable energies forward for a sustainable future. That is why we are looking for you as a Working Student Global HR Systems (m/f/d) in our headquarter in Munich to support us.

What you will do

• You support the implementation, configuration and customization of the Workday HR system
• You work on the optimization of HR processes through the integration of Workday solutions
• You analyze and prepare data to enable well-founded HR decisions
• You support the training of employees in the use of HR systems
• You play an active role in solving technical problems and provide support for the helpdesk

What you’ll need to succeed

• Current studies in economics, social sciences or similar, ideally with a technical focus
• Initial practical experience with HR systems is an advantage
• Enjoy working in an international and digital working environment
• Confident knowledge in dealing with digital set ups
• Structured way of working and a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills
• Availability for a working student position of 20 hours per week for at least 6-12 months (with option to extend)
