What you'll do

The student (f/m/d) will support the management team of the Industry Division Manufacturing & High Tech who manages all concerns of the SAP services business in the respective industry. The student’s (f/m/d) tasks will mainly focus on Project Management Office tasks for this Industry Division, supporting the Profit & Loss Owner and the Project Manager and build a knowledge management platform for the division.

The student (f/m/d) will be involved in the assistance of the Industry Division management to mainly improve the forecast and controlling accuracy:

• Project controlling tasks like activity tracking, supporting forecasting and calculation
• Supporting Project Management Meetings (preparation, documentation, tracking)
• Supporting the preparation of project status
• Building a knowledge management platform using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Expert in MS Excel, experiences in MS-Teams, Sharepoint
• Good written and spoken English and German skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, well organized
• Good communication and coordination skills, ability to work independently

The Industry Division Manufacturing & High Tech serves a variety of SAP customers in the respective industries. We provide attractive services to our customers enabling them to design, implement and use SAP software effectively and according to their specific needs based on industry standards. 
As part of the services organization of SAP we engage with a big variety of different customers and provide a broad set of services to fulfill their specific needs. 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
