We are responsible for the entire marketing communication of our two automotive brands Hyundai and Kia. Our declared aim is to convince existing and new clients outside the automotive industry of our expertise, inspire them and grow together. For our AdTech team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for you in the role ofIntern AdTech (m/f/d)Location: Frankfurt am MainWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our AdTech team, focused on reporting and identifying growth opportunities in our programmatic and social media advertising efforts. This role will provide hands-on experience in digital media analytics, reporting, and strategy support, allowing the intern to learn the fundamentals of programmatic and social media trading. You will play an essential role in assisting our traders by developing insights that drive campaign performance and growth.Your tasks:

Campaign Performance Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360) and social media channels (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reports by cross-referencing data sources and reconciling discrepancies.
Data Analysis & Insights Generation
  • Assist in analyzing campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization
  • Support the team in creating insights-driven summaries highlighting growth opportunities, underperformance areas, and suggested improvements
  • Collaborate with traders to refine KPIs and develop strategies for maximizing engagement and ROI across programmatic and social channels.
Support Growth Strategy Development
  • Assist in researching industry trends and competitor activities to help identify new strategies and growth opportunities for programmatic and social media campaigns
  • Develop basic reports on potential new platforms, audience segments, and creative opportunities that can enhance campaign performance
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions by presenting findings and sharing insights on emerging tools, targeting options, and optimization techniques
Report Automation & Improvement
  • Work with the team to streamline and automate reporting processes using tools like Google Data Studio, Excel, or Tableau
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy by creating templates or dashboards for recurring reports.
  • Assist in refining data visualization techniques to present insights more clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Learning
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to gain a deeper understanding of programmatic and social media strategy
  • Collaborate with various team members, including traders and strategists, to support ongoing projects and gain exposure to different aspects of digital media
  • Seek feedback from the trading team on reports and insights to continuously improve deliverables
Your Profile:
  • Passion for the media industry
  • Completed degree in Marketing, Economics or similar
  • Curious, engaged, passionate and eager to learn
  • Experience with Excel, Tableau and Google Data Studio
  • Extremely well organised, ensures that deadlines are met, calls and meetings are on time, meeting notes are captured and circulated etc
  • Takes on challenging projects/problems and works with the team to find solutions
  • Collaborative, innovative, and strategic problem solver, with a proven track record to drive and deliver results
  • positive, professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise across multiple workstreams
  • Fluent English skills
  • Previous experience in marketing, media or advertising is preferred but not required
