What you'll do
- Provide administrative support to the Global Culture & Change Team.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of team responsibilities (e.g. setting a standard for Change Management.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process automation solutions for change management processes.
- Support the team in organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Assist in structuring document storage in SharePoint
- Prepare and coordinate events in different locations related to change management and culture transformation.

- Preferred fields of study: Computer Science
- Computer skills: AI, Automation Experience
- Language skills: (e.g., fluent in English, German as a plus)
- Soft skills: (e.g., team player, expert in organizing, creative, geek in …)

Meet your team
The Global Culture & Change Team is acts as Center of Excellence within SAP’s People & Culture Board Area dedicated to:
- Building a state-of-the-art culture organization by governing the overall cultural frame, establishing culture diagnostics, and rolling out culture interventions.
- Establishing an exemplary Change organization, including defining and implementing the complete SAP Change Architecture (change methods and model, change community, change formats and platforms, etc.).
- Providing state-of-the-art methodologies, frameworks, and tools to enable the whole organization to build a "change muscle."
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
