For our Management Reporting department in the Global Digital & Business Services division at the Aschheim / Munich location, we are looking for a*n working student to support our team with up to 20 hours per week for a period of 1 year as soon as possible.

Your Role

• Prepare and develop regular reporting for month closing activities, move Excel reports to Power BI environment

• Run reports in SAP and support the ETL process with a high quality data

• Automate and improve existing processes with advanced tools such as Power Automate

• Support end to end Master data processes

• Own and maintain the team SharePoint sites and authorizations

You Identify Yourself With

• Bachelor or Master student in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field at a German University or University of Applied Science

• Experienced in any of the following or similar tools Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, SAP, Visual Basics

• Analytical and problem solver, willing to learn new tools and technologies

• Team player with excellent time management skills to balance work & education

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
