ABOUT THE TEAM

The Compliance Operations Function is in charge of running all Compliance related processes in the bank. The team works closely together with the Compliance team. Together we ensure that Trade Republic's processes run smoothly, are secure and in line with regulation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support our Compliance Operations team in drafting the answers to our regulator BaFin
• Collaborate with internal teams in obtaining relevant information for our customers 
• Research our database to gather relevant facts in order to resolve the case
• Assist in executing Compliance Operations processes relating to fincrime and complaints

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Enrolled or completed a university degree (study focus in the field of economics, business studies, law, computer science, mathematics, physics, humanities or other relevant fields)
• Initial experience in financial services or advisory would be an advantageInterest in banking, finance, capital markets, and their regulatory frameworks
• Independent working attitude with adherence to deadlines
• Effective communication skills, dedication and strong organisational abilities
• Proactive with an open-minded attitude, unafraid of new challenges
• Fluency in English and German (C1) (must have)
