Job Description
- Reception and first point of contact for employees and service providers, including greeting and assisting guests and internal and external partners
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and distributing mail to the respective teams
- Support with all orders for the office (e.g. office supplies, beverages, etc.)
- Supporting the HR team with onboarding to give our new joiners a good start at Scalable
- Planning, organization and implementation of internal and external events as well as coordination of appointments and support in various organizational matters
Qualifications
- You have preferably gained initial experience in the reception area or in office management, event/travel management or the hotel industry
- You are characterized by strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, enjoy dealing with people and are confident even in stressful situations
- You have a positive charisma and a confident, open and friendly demeanor
- You have a high degree of reliability and service orientation
- You have good knowledge of MS-Office/G-Suite
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
