Job Purpose / Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking and results-oriented Intern (m/f/d) to strengthen our Investment Controlling and Valuation department. The position will be based in our Munich office and should have a duration of 3 to 6 months starting January onwards.

In this role you will be assisting in the quarterly planning & reporting process and ongoing monitoring of Allianz capital Partners’ portfolio in direct infrastructure equity, renewables and private equity fund investments.

What you do

• Investment Controlling of Allianz Capital Partners’ portfolio in direct infrastructure equity, renewables and private equity fund investments
• Support planning & reporting process of the indirect portfolio (Private Equity and Infrastructure Funds) in close collaboration with other functions within ACP (e.g. investment teams)
• Preparation of forecasting the investment performance of the indirect portfolio (Private Equity and Infrastructure Funds)
• Ad hoc projects on planning, IFRS reporting and accounting topics

What you bring

• Advanced studies in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable degree program ideally specialized in corporate finance, accounting or investment controlling
• First class internship experience preferable in the areas of corporate finance, accounting or investment controlling
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and structured, independent work style
• A high level of motivation, excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
• Written and oral proficient in English required, working knowledge of German a plus”
