Job Description
- Are you a tech-savvy student looking to gain hands-on experience in the world of ASIC test and validation? As our working student, you will have the opportunity to understand test requirements and perform tests in the lab.
- You will verify and validate the ASIC on an evaluation board for the application specific environment.
- Furthermore, you will have the chance to support engineers in troubleshooting specific problem areas.
- Last but not least, you will present your findings, collaborate with the team and contribute to the drafting of a (publishable) report.
Qualifications
- Education: studies in the field of Engineering preferably with a major in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: proficient in the use of laboratory equipment: oscilloscope, power supply; experience in test execution; understanding of electrical/electronic circuits; ability to perform electrical calculations and basic design modifications; experience in failure analysis (ICs) an advantage
- Personality and Working Practice: you are a careful, conscientious, proactive person who is able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Enthusiasm: passion for design, development, testing and failure analysis
- Languages: good in German or English
Additional Information
Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 4 - 6 months – 10 h/week
