Your Tasks:
- You support the team in the planning, implementation and follow-up of IAV's internal leadership programs
- You accompany our internal leadership community and take over participant management for training and events
- You independently design and moderate workshops (online and in person)
- You help with the filing of digital documents
- You contribute to the conception of new processes and the further development of existing ones
- You create and prepare presentations and documents for corporate communications
Necessary Skills:
- Ongoing studies in business administration with a focus on personnel/HRM, psychology, adult education or a comparable course of study
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Desired Skills:
- Working with SAP SuccessFactors
- Initial experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and Conceptboard
- Structured and independent way of working as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly rate for this position is EUR 17.52. From February 2025, the hourly rate for this position will be EUR 18.10.
