Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

Our department is looking for a VIE Digitalization Production System Engineer for 12 months within the team to support the development of the future of the factory. There are 3 types of industries : electronics, plastic injection & final assembly. It is a great opportunity to perform and learn!

Your challenges?

• You are responsible of development and implementation of industry 4.0 tools

• You participate in production efficiency improvement

• You support in lean manufacturing standard implementation

• You manage digitalization in production, implementation of automatic indicators

• You handle  digital document management and manage production planning

• You do the implementation part on standard tools

• You participation in improvement projects, series management, and training at the production level

 Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a Engineering degree with an industrial background

• Ideally, you already have experience in production, industrial field

• Ideally, you have an experience in digitalization

• You have some knowledge on VBA Excel programmation, Java programming is a plus

• You have a fluent level of English

• Intermediate German is recommended/appreciated, or you have an interest to learn German

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
